About the Pweeters
The Pweeters are not natural inhabitants of Hawshire. Their world had fallen under the spell of a tyrannical leader. Laughter had been outlawed. It had become a dark and dismal world. A small group of rebels had been banished from Aultia and eventually found their way to Hawshire.
Here they were welcomed with open arms. They were just the addition Hawshire needed. The Pweeters spread laughter and joy wherever they went. They taught the importance of laughter and that it was okay to laugh for no reason. However, they also recognized that it was hard for some beings to laugh if their hearts were filled with anger or sadness so they also taught Hawshirians the importance of forgiveness to make room for laughter. Not only forgiveness for those who had wronged them, but also forgiveness for themselves. It did not take long before they became a very important part of Hawshire.
